The completion ceremony of our modern injection molding workshop ushered in the launch conference of our lean production project. I have to say that Kitech is really a platform that cares about the family members and makes them realize their career dreams.

One of the purposes of the lean production management project is to improve the management ability of the family members and improve the professional skills of the team. Since learning is the key to self-improvement and growth, only through learning can the company develop faster.The second issue is to create greater value for customers with the heart of craftsman and continuous improving to provide customers with better products and services.

Our goal is to build and manage a leading modern injection molding factory in Zhongshan City.

今天的开营，简单又高效，学习的家人怀着一颗求知的心早早来到培训室，先进的硬件设施就需要更加先进的管理模式，我们的现代化自动注塑车间近7000平方米，新购置全新一代自动化注塑设备共计16套，投入过千万进行设备升级，产能升级，因此，硬件，软件，我们两手抓，两手都要硬。古话说的好“兵马未动，粮草先行。”这次的学习，就是要家人们，准备充足的粮食(知识），培养提高专业素质，同时还要学会如何排兵布阵。

The opening ceremony is simple and efficient. Colleagues were all gathered in meeting room early with a heart of knowledge. Advanced facilities ask for more advanced management. Our modern automatic injection molding workshop which is more than 7000 square meters has 16 sets of injection molding equipment in total. The workshop must improve the production capacity. As a result, we have to improve our colleagues’ management skills as well. There is an old saying that food comes before soldiers. Through this learning, colleagues could get sufficient knowledge, improve their profession and also learn how to arrange their work.
